I became a Director of my first company, a B2B vehicle leasing company, aged 25. After selling my shares and taking some time to travel I spent some time helping a previous client launch his solicitors firm before moving into estate agency where I held leadership positions in independent, corporate and start-up estate agencies for over 15 years. I've taken businesses from mediocre to market leading; created and implemented business strategies that have delivered a 25% increase in profits; recruited teams from scratch and trained and developed people from new starters to directors and business owners.
I am a life-long learner having studied marketing via CIM and law via CILEX. Most recently I've completed an MSc in People & Organisational Development with the renowned Roffey Park Institute.
The unique combination of almost 20 years as an organisational leader across sales, operations, marketing and people processes alongside my continual personal development and life-long learning including my MSc in People & Organisational Development, allows me to combine practical experience with experiential learning and academic theory.
Organisational Development focuses on people-centric and values based interventions that create sustainable change at the individual, team and whole-system levels.
